This site is meant to be usable by everyone who needs what is on it, including people who browse with a screen reader, a keyboard alone, magnification, or their own color and text settings.

Conformance status

This site aims to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA, the technical guidelines most widely used to judge whether a website is accessible. It is partially conformant, which means most of the site meets the standard and the exceptions below do not. No United States law sets a required technical standard for a private website, so this is a commitment rather than a certification.

Known exceptions

The PDF documents offered for download, including the case complaints and court filings, are public records published by others and are not tagged for accessibility. If you need the contents of any of them in another form, ask and it will be provided.

The conference video on the About page is hosted by a third party and carries only the captions its publisher supplied.

How this was assessed

This statement is based on a self-evaluation. Testing combined automated checks across every page with manual keyboard testing, checks at 320 pixels wide and at 400 percent zoom, and review of color contrast, headings, labels, and focus order.

Technical specifications

Accessibility here relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA, and on your browser or assistive technology supporting them. The site is built for current versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox.

Display settings

This site carries its own controls for text size, contrast, motion, and link underlines. Your choices are saved in this browser for this site alone and change nothing about your device. You can also open these controls from Display Settings at the bottom of any page on the site.

Your device settings

If you have set your device to reduce motion, increase contrast, or prefer a dark or light appearance, this site follows those settings with nothing to configure here. Browser zoom and your own text size work throughout. Pages reflow rather than forcing you to scroll sideways to read them.

If you need information from this site in a different format, ask for it and it will be sent to you.
